What this is

OF·27 is an independent hair-science program. At its centre is a nightly scalp serum built on two growth factors, FGF·2 and FGF·7, developed by Core Biogenesis, a French biotech that grows them in plant seed and stabilises them in oleosomes, the natural oil bodies of the seed.

These Notes are the program's record. Each one covers a single subject: how hair density is described in the literature, why proteins are so hard to keep stable in a bottle, how the oleosome carrier solves that, what the independent study of the FGF·2 active measured, and how the 12-week protocol is run.

They follow one rule. We report what has been measured and what the literature says, and we name the source. We do not forecast your result. Where you see a figure, it comes from a named study. Where you see a mechanism, it is the literature's description of the protein, not a claim about what OF·27 does on your scalp.

If you only read two, read Note 09, the study, and Note 12, where the evidence is weighed. If you have already ordered, start with Note 10, the protocol, and Note 15, running the course.

The protocol is two products. The Follicular Serum, 1 pump every night for 12 weeks. The Scalp Reset Serum, a rinse-off treatment once or twice a week, which keeps the scalp clean and balanced so the nightly serum goes onto a surface that is ready for it. Note 13 and Note 14 explain why.

OF·27 is a cosmetic. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
