Note 00. What this is

OF·27 is an independent topical hair-density program. It is built on two recombinant growth-factor actives, FGF-7 and FGF-2. The active is supplied by Core Biogenesis, a French biotechnology company that produces them as oleosome fusions in Camelina sativa. These notes are the program's working record. Each one documents a single part of it: the biology of hair density, the problem of getting proteins into skin, the oleosome-protein fusion that stabilises the actives, the formulation itself, and the clinical measurement used to assess it.

The notes follow one rule. They report what has been measured and explain how the underlying mechanism works, with sources. They do not recommend, and they do not forecast outcomes. Where a figure appears, it comes from a study, and the study is named. Where a mechanism is described, the literature behind it is cited.

The series is numbered and continuous. It begins with the biology and moves through the delivery problem, the carrier, the active proteins, the clinical method, and the protocol. By Note 09 the record reaches a measured number: hair density 33.5% above baseline at twelve weeks, against 7.2% for the vehicle, in an independent study (p<0.0001). The notes before it are the reasoning that earns that figure; Note 12 is where the evidence is weighed for a decision.

The actives have been produced on a plant biofactory platform since 2020. OF·27 brings them into a measured hair-density protocol. What follows is the record of how.
