Running the course
The study behind the figure we cite measured the active. It also, quietly, measured a routine: 40 people applying one pump every night for 12 weeks. The formula is our side. The routine is yours.
Why nightly, why 12 weeks. Because that is how the active was used when the figure was recorded. The protocol simply matches those conditions. If you miss a night, apply the next night as usual and do not double the dose.
The early weeks. The study reported its result at week 12, and that is the only result we publish. The first weeks are for building the routine, not for judging it. Expect the serum to feel light and disappear into the scalp; expect nothing dramatic in the mirror. The most useful thing you can do in weeks 1 to 4 is not miss.
Making it easy. Apply at the same point every evening, after your face routine or just before bed. Keep the bottle somewhere you will see it. Room temperature is fine; the refrigerator is better.
The second bottle. On the Advanced Protocol, open bottle two at week 6 and carry straight on. The course is one unbroken 12 weeks, not two halves. On the Standard Protocol, your bottle runs out around week 6. If you intend to complete the 12 weeks, order the second bottle by week 4 so it arrives before the first is finished. It ships within a few days.
Reading the result. Take a photograph before the first night and a matched one at week 12. Note 18 has the method. Judge the course at the end, against your own baseline, the way the study did.
