Privacy policy
OF·27 is operated by OF27 Bioscience LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order data. Name, shipping and billing address, email, and order contents, processed to fulfil and support your order.
- Payment data. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Email subscription. If you join the notes list, we store your email and subscription status with our email provider (Klaviyo).
- Guarantee submissions. If you open a results-guarantee claim, the photographs and information you send are used solely to assess that claim.
- Site analytics. Standard, aggregate usage data to operate and improve the store.
Why we use it
To process orders and subscriptions, provide support, assess guarantee claims, send the notes you asked for, meet legal and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors
We share data only with the providers needed to run the store, principally our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider (Klaviyo), each acting on our instructions.
Email and unsubscribe
The notes list is opt-in. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and you may leave at any time. Unsubscribing from the notes does not affect transactional messages about an order you have placed.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and subscription data until you unsubscribe or ask us to erase it.
