Refund policy and results guarantee

A note on language. OF·27 is operated by OF27 Bioscience LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy sets out the conditions under which a refund is available. It is written to be precise, because the results guarantee is a specific, conditional commitment, not an open-ended one.

1. The results guarantee

OF·27 is a measured protocol. The published result, hair density +33.5% versus baseline, was recorded over a twelve-week course under controlled conditions. The guarantee mirrors those conditions exactly. It is available only to a customer who has run the full protocol as directed and can document the outcome on the same basis the study used.

To qualify, every one of the following must be met:

• Full course only. The guarantee applies to a completed twelve-week course, that is, three 50 mL bottles used in sequence (the three-bottle course, or three consecutive, completed subscription cycles). A single bottle, a partial course, or a course that was paused or interrupted does not qualify.
• Protocol completed as directed. Two pumps to the scalp, twice daily, for the full twelve weeks. A claim cannot be opened before the end of week twelve.
• Documented baseline. A baseline photograph of the scalp must be submitted within the first seven days of starting, and a week-twelve photograph at the end, both taken under matched conditions: the same parting, the same lighting, the same distance, no styling product. Without a compliant baseline submitted inside the first seven days, an outcome cannot be assessed and the claim is not eligible.
• Claim window. A claim may be opened only between the end of week twelve and the end of week fourteen. Claims made before week twelve or after week fourteen are out of window and not eligible.
• One per customer. One guarantee claim per person, payment method, and shipping address, on a first order only.
• Authentic purchase. The order must have been placed directly on of27bioscience.com. Purchases through any reseller are not covered.

What is refunded. Where every condition above is met and the documented week-twelve result shows no measurable change, we refund the product price of the course. Original shipping, duties, and taxes are not refunded. Bottles are a consumable and are not returned. The subscription, if any, is paused on the date the claim is opened.

What voids the guarantee. Not following the directed protocol; a missing, late, or non-matched baseline; misuse; or a claim outside the stated window.

2. Standard returns

Because the product is a topical consumable, an opened bottle cannot be returned for hygiene reasons except under the results guarantee above or where the item is defective. A sealed, unopened, undamaged bottle may be returned within fourteen days of delivery; the customer covers return shipping, and the refund is the product price less original shipping.

3. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If a bottle arrives defective, damaged, or is not what was ordered, tell us within seven days of delivery at contact@of27bioscience.com with your order number and a photograph. We replace or refund it at our cost. This is separate from, and unaffected by, the results guarantee.

4. Subscriptions

A subscription can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund a bottle already produced or shipped. See the subscription terms for detail.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law or the rules of your card network. Where those rights are more generous than this policy, they apply.
