Shipping policy

OF·27 is operated by OF27 Bioscience LLC and ships from the United States, internationally.

Dispatch and timing

• In stock. When the current batch is in stock, orders are dispatched within two working days. Domestic delivery is typically three to seven working days after dispatch. International transit varies by destination and customs.
• Out of stock (pre-order). OF·27 is produced in monthly batches. When the current batch is sold out, orders are accepted as pre-orders and ship with the next batch, produced at the end of each month. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping.

Storage on arrival

Refrigeration is recommended for OF·27 (2 to 8 °C); do not freeze. The airless pump keeps the formulation isolated from air until each dose. Brief time at ambient temperature in transit does not compromise the product.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched; a parcel returned to us as undeliverable is re-sent at the customer’s cost.
