These terms govern your use of of27bioscience.com and any purchase from it. The store is operated by OF27 Bioscience LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.
The product
OF·27 is a topical cosmetic formulation for hair density, manufactured in the United States under ISO 22716. It is not a medicine and makes no medical claim. The figures we publish are drawn from a named, independent study and are presented with their conditions, sample size, and timepoint. Individual results vary.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in US dollars. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error and decline or cancel an affected order, refunding any payment taken. An order is accepted when we dispatch it or take payment for a pre-order.
Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you authorise recurring charges at the stated cadence until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal. See the subscription terms.
Refunds
Refunds, including the conditional results guarantee, are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or resell the product without authorisation.
Intellectual property
The OF·27 name, the wordmark, the notes, and the site content are owned by OF27 Bioscience LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Actives are sourced from third-party suppliers and remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
