Note 14. The OF·27 Method: two phases in parallel

The OF·27 Method is two products, two cadences, one twelve-week course. Both phases start on day one and run in parallel.

Phase 1 · Restore the environment. The Scalp Reset Serum, a lactic-acid exfoliating treatment. Applied to a dry scalp once or twice a week, left on for 3 to 5 minutes, rinsed off. It reduces buildup, excess oil, and irritation, keeping the scalp in the condition the previous note argued for: clear, hydrated, calm. One 30 mL bottle covers the full course.

Phase 2 · Restore the signal. The OF·27 Follicular Serum, the stimulant itself: FGF·2 and FGF·7, two recombinant growth factors stabilised in a plant-derived oleosome carrier. One pump massaged into the scalp nightly, left on. Six weeks per 50 mL bottle; the studied course is twelve weeks, two bottles.

A note on evidence, because the distinction matters to us. The published result, hair density +33.5% vs. baseline at week 12 (n=40, p<0.0001, vs. placebo +7.2%), was measured on the Follicular Serum alone, in an independent, randomised, placebo-controlled study. Phase 1 was not part of that trial. It is a cosmetic scalp treatment whose role is preparation: it makes no density claim of its own, and we will not borrow one for it. The stimulant does the work; the prepared scalp is in the best condition to respond to it.

Twelve weeks, nightly Phase 2, weekly Phase 1, a baseline photo at the start and a matched one at the end. That is the whole Method. We publish, we don't promise.
