The protocol
Applied nightly, one pump to the scalp. One 50 mL airless pump bottle covers six weeks; the full twelve-week course is two bottles.
The published result, +33.5% hair density, was measured over twelve weeks of nightly use (the initiation phase, two bottles). From week 13, density is maintained with continued use of one bottle every six weeks. On discontinuation it returns toward baseline.
Batches & the wait
OF·27 is a refrigerated protein formulation produced in small runs under ISO 22716. We bottle to reservations rather than warehousing stock, so each batch is allocated before it is produced and ships in order of reservation.
The founding batch ships mid-October. Reservations are limited to one Complete System per customer, per batch; once a batch is fully allocated, later reservations roll to the next run. Each batch is released with its certificate of analysis.
Composition
An aqueous formulation built around two recombinant fibroblast growth factors, FGF·2 and FGF·7, fused to a plant-derived oleosome carrier for stability and delivery. Everything else in the bottle is there to support them.

How to use
Nightly, before bed, dispense one pump directly to a clean, towel-dried scalp, focusing on areas where hair appears thinner. Massage for thirty seconds. Absorbs in sixty. Leave on overnight; do not rinse.
The airless dispenser keeps the formulation isolated from air and contamination until each dose. Prime the pump on first use (a few presses until the formulation appears). Refrigeration between uses is recommended.
The study
A randomised, single-blind, placebo-controlled study conducted by Abich S.r.l. (Italy) between 17 November 2025 and 13 February 2026. Forty healthy female volunteers with telogen effluvium split equally between active and placebo arms.
Active group at week 12: density +33.5% (p<0.0001), anagen/telogen ratio +17.0%, shaft thickness +10.6%, scalp hydration +22.2%, TEWL −27.2%.
The results guarantee
