Subscription terms

OF·27 offers a subscription so that the protocol can continue without interruption after the initiation course. These terms explain how it works. The store is operated by OF27 Bioscience LLC.

How it works

The subscription is a continuation plan for the maintenance phase. It delivers one 50 mL bottle of OF·27 Follicular Serum every six weeks at the rate stated at signup; one bottle covers six weeks of nightly use, so the cadence matches consumption exactly. It is intended for customers who have completed the twelve-week initiation course (two bottles), from week 13 onward.

Billing

You authorise a recurring charge every six weeks, in US dollars, until you cancel. Each charge is taken on or around the renewal date, per delivery (no prepayment), and a confirmation is sent.

Cancelling, pausing, skipping

You may cancel, pause, or skip at any time before the next renewal date from your account or by writing to contact@of27bioscience.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. It does not refund a bottle already produced or shipped for the current cycle.

Founding rate

Customers who purchased during the founding preorder keep their founding rate of $175 per bottle on the subscription, permanently, for as long as the subscription remains active.

Price changes

If the subscription price changes, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue. A locked founding rate is not increased.

The results guarantee and subscriptions

The results guarantee applies to Complete System orders and is governed by the refund policy; it is separate from the subscription. Opening a guarantee claim pauses the subscription.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law or your card network’s rules.
