Subscription terms

OF·27 offers a subscription so that the protocol can run without interruption. These terms explain how it works. The store is operated by OF27 Bioscience LLC.

How it works

A subscription delivers one 50 mL bottle every four weeks at the stated price. The first three deliveries are the initiation phase (the twelve-week course measured in the study); from the fourth delivery onward, the same cadence maintains the result.

Billing

You authorise a recurring charge every four weeks, in US dollars, until you cancel. Each charge is taken on or around the renewal date and a confirmation is sent.

Cancelling, pausing, skipping

You may cancel, pause, or skip at any time before the next renewal date from your account or by writing to contact@of27bioscience.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. It does not refund a bottle already produced or shipped for the current cycle.

Price changes

If the subscription price changes, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue.

The results guarantee and subscriptions

The results guarantee requires a completed twelve-week course, that is, three consecutive, completed cycles, and is governed by the refund policy. Opening a guarantee claim pauses the subscription.
