Note 11. The cycle and the timeline

One OF·27 cycle is four weeks of twice-daily application, two metered doses a day. The study documented in Note 09 ran for twelve weeks, which is three consecutive cycles, and its measurements were taken at the end of that span.

This fixes the timeframe over which the program's data were recorded. The follicle's growth phase, documented in Note 01, runs over weeks to months, and the twelve-week study window was set to fall within it rather than to capture a short-term surface effect. The figures in Note 09 describe the state measured at twelve weeks against a vehicle control, not a figure attributed to any shorter period. A reading of the program's data is a reading of that twelve-week, three-cycle record.

Supply is organised around the cycle. The formulation is produced in defined runs, and when a run is exhausted the current cycle closes until the next is available. Orders already placed are carried to the next run at the same price rather than repriced.

This note closes the foundational group. The biology, the delivery problem, the fusion, the platform, the two proteins, the measurement method, the study, the protocol, and the timeline together form the reasoning behind OF·27. The notes that follow extend individual points within it.
