OF·27 — the full twelve-week protocol. Three 50 mL airless pump bottles, one for each four-week course, completing the course on which the published endpoint was measured. The recommended way to run the protocol; single bottles remain available for a four-week course.

It is formulated with two fibroblast growth factors, FGF·2 and FGF·7. The active is supplied by Core Biogenesis, a French biotechnology company, and stabilised in a Camelina sativa oleosome carrier. Two pumps to the scalp, morning and evening; one bottle lasts four weeks.

Cited measurement

OF·27 cites an independent, randomised, single-blind, placebo-controlled study conducted on the active (n=40, twelve weeks): C-CUBE-quantified hair density increased by a mean of 33.5% vs. baseline in the active group (p<0.0001), against 7.2% in the placebo group (not statistically significant). Not in the formulation: fragrance, silicones, animal-derived inputs.

Storage

Refrigeration is recommended. Storing at 2 to 8 °C best preserves protein activity, so it is the conservative choice rather than a strict requirement; the formulation tolerates room temperature without harm. Do not freeze.

How to use

Twice daily, morning and evening, dispense two pumps directly to a clean, towel-dried scalp. Massage for thirty seconds. Absorbs in sixty. One bottle per four-week course; three courses complete the twelve-week protocol.
